About the Role
As the Community Manager for SHx, you will serve as the primary face and voice of our token community, focused on building meaningful relationships, developing long-term engagement strategies, and representing SHx at events and conferences. You will own the entire community function — from planning activations to facilitating user feedback loops — with the goal of strengthening the SHx ecosystem across Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
This role reports to the CEO and collaborates closely with our Marketing Associate, Content Producer, and Product Marketing teammates.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead SHx’s community strategy, growth, and engagement across key platforms.

  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback with empathy and accuracy.

  • Represent SHx at industry meetups, events, and conferences.

  • Design and host virtual events like AMAs, webinars, and token updates.

  • Work closely with marketing and product to surface community insights.

  • Create updates and high-signal messaging tailored to SHx token holders and advocates.

  • Track engagement, sentiment, and report on community health to leadership.

  • Provide regular reports to leadership on community growth, engagement, and sentiment

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing online communities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Must be proficient in prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude

  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus. A deep understanding of online communities and the ability to navigate the complexities of community dynamics.

  • Passion for building inclusive, engaged, and vibrant communities. A proactive, problem-solving approach with an ability to adapt to fast-changing environments. Must have the ability to remain professional and enthusiastic in the face of potential confrontation.
