ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a DeFi Analyst & Customer Success/Account Manager (referred to internally as an “Associate”) to work directly with our clients. In this role, you’ll meet with clients one-on-one via video calls to help them strategically navigate DeFi, build custom portfolios, and make progress toward their goals using our proven system. You’ll need back-of-hand familiarity with all things DeFi—terms like “bridging,” “perps,” and “burner wallets” should already be part of your working vocabulary, and you should be able to speak and act on them without preparation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll provide guidance and support while ensuring clients stay on track with the service we offer. Beyond managing client relationships, you’ll also identify opportunities to offer additional services to qualified clients. For these sales, you’ll earn commission, alongside a per-client flat compensation that forms your baseline earnings. Additionally, you’ll participate in 1-2 group calls per month, either as a researcher/presenter sharing insights on DeFi trends or as a commentator offering analysis and contributing to discussions. We’re growing quickly, and this role is key to maintaining the high level of service we provide to our clients.
