Requirements for Subcontractor Crews~ Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience.

Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.

Must have an LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership

Carry full insurance~ liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.

Must have EPA/Lead Certification.

Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.

Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.

Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
