Join Bayside Electric Supply Co, Inc as a Counter Sales Representative where you'll work closely with customers to process sales orders for various electrical supplies. You will assist customers in person at the counter by identifying their needs, entering orders into our system, and coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders promptly. This role requires a proactive and friendly approach to customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in electrical supplies is beneficial but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow with our company.

Requirements Candidates should possess basic computer skills for order entry and be comfortable communicating clearly and professionally both in person and via phone, text or email. A friendly, outgoing personality with strong teamwork abilities is essential. The role involves occasional lifting of materials weighing 30-50 lbs and requires good organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.

Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, but above all, a willingness to learn and a customer-focused attitude will make you successful in this position.

Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an override commission on the independent sales volume of the counter sales produced. The company also offer it's full-time employees a generous health care package where the company pays 75% of the employees health care. The company also offers a 401-k and it matches up to 4% of the employees contributions on a monthly basis.
