About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to join our IT department and play a key role in documenting and optimizing business processes across our ERP, e-commerce platforms, WMS systems, and related integrations. This role is on-site and full-time, supporting a major migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams to translate business operations into clear, actionable documentation and requirements.

Responsibilities • Document current-state (AS-IS) business processes across ERP, e-commerce, WMS, and related systems • Create clear process maps, workflows, and system interaction diagrams • Analyze system integrations and business rules (orders, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, finance) • Translate business needs into functional requirements for Business Central • Support Business Central migration, including gap analysis, configuration validation, and UAT • Work closely with on-site stakeholders, IT, vendors, and implementation partners • Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities QualificationsRequirements • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or IT environments • Strong experience documenting complex workflows and multi-system integrations • Hands-on experience with ERP systems • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Experience with ERP implementations or migrations • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WMS systems • Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation tools Why Join Us?
