<strong>THE POSITION<br><br></strong>Our roster has an opening with your name on it<br><br>As a Training Content Designer, you'll be the creative force behind engaging learning experiences that empower our Operations and Customer Service teams. You'll partner with subject matter experts and the Training Content team to design and develop online learning modules and web-based training sessions that stick.<br><br>Using your expertise in instructional design and multimedia development, you'll craft compelling content that combines text, images, video, and audio to educate and inspire our employees and stakeholders. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
