With a focus on student success, economic mobility and community engagement, FIU is redefining what it means to be a public research university.<br><br><strong><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong></strong>The CPHSW School of Social Work is currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join their team of professionals.<br><br><strong>Duties Include:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Make calls in recruitment for the project.</li><li>Help with the email dispatch for recruitment and update the call log. </li><li>Send weekly reports to the MPIs about recruitment process. </li><li>Send out recruitment letters. </li><li>Staff the telephone line and return calls.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong></strong>High school diploma with three (3) years of experience or two (2) years of post-secondary education with one (1) year of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.<br><br><strong><strong>Desired Qualifications<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Strong organizational and time'management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Interest in and/or prior experience supporting research activities</li><li>Strong proficiency in spoken English, including comfort with professional phone communication</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalism in interactions with research participants and colleagues</li><li>High level of reliability, attention to detail, and follow'through<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Category<br><br></strong>Temporary<br><br><strong>Temporary Disclosure<br><br></strong>As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible to participate in all employee benefit programs (e.g., paid leave, retirement, or tuition reimbursement).<br><br>Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), a temporary employee who works on average 30 hours or more per week may be eligible to enroll in health care benefits.
