The mission team is To advance the business objectives of the airline by evolving the TPF platform to be more open, flexible, and accessible by exposing functionality and data with contemporary tools and technology, while maximizing the value of the TPF shared services organization, processes, and engagement model with the TPF teams in the various domain areas.<br><br>Do you want to join this team and leverage your technical product expertise? Keep climbing with us as we commit to enhance customer experiences and our financial technology systems.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Leading the technical scrum team and implementing front ends associated with the technical designs for product/project teams</li><li>Leading technical efforts in the scrum team, including continuous quality in our delivery</li><li>Ensuring the team develops implementations with quality measuring via clean pipelines, and 90%+ coverage</li><li>Transforming business requirements into application architectures</li><li>Determining feasibility & scalability of solutions, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions for customer problems</li><li>Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed</li><li>Technical definition and implementation for analytics, error logging/tracking, and other key functional customer interactions on delta.com</li><li>UI Design reviews for feasibility, tech design, and impact analysis</li><li>Develop sustainable, accessibility compliant solutions</li><li>Long term technical debt resolutions, debt prevention & code reviews</li><li>Analysis and implementation of Performance/Stability/Reliability/Architecture initiatives</li><li>Research & Development of POCs & innovative new ideas for customer interactions with Delta</li><li>Assisting in defining alternate solutions for the business problems and providing estimates for potential new workstreams</li><li>Creating a learning culture by establishing, sharing, and enforcing best practices and lessons learned<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree with 6-8 years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training</li><li>Prior experience working with Airline and/or GDS is a plus with an understanding of architectural flows and how technologies operate/integrate.</li><li>Hands on experience as a Business Analyst and writing Business Requirements.</li><li>Demonstrated skills in process mapping, analytical, technical, and proven problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to create detailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences</li><li>Candidate must have the ability to deliver quality work on time and translate planning into action as well as anticipate and address barriers</li><li>Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills needed to work in partnership with internal teams</li><li>Research, analyze, and resolve ad-hoc customer problems and questions in a positive, timely and professional manner</li><li>1st tier production triage/maintenance for Severity 3-5 defects.</li><li>Effectively communicate status on activities and issues to customers and manager on a regular basis both verbally and in writing</li><li>Maintain documentation of test results, processes, known issues, etc. to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team</li><li>High level of motivation, drive and confidence to step outside comfort zones when placed in new environment.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented</li><li>Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and evolving technologies.</li><li>Embrace diverse people, thinking and working styles</li><li>Consistently makes safety, security of self and others, the priority</li><li>Must be performing satisfactorily in present position</li><li>Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.</li><li>Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.</li><li>Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.</li><li>Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent written, oral and communication skills</li><li>DevOps experience including the use of Enterprise Agile planning solutions, Agility, AI or similar</li><li>Experience working with diverse teams located in various countries</li><li>Experience working in legacy airline systems, like TPF an added plus</li><li>Must be able to prioritize work on multiple project teams, with the overall goal of satisfying all deployment needs and effectively supporting diverse clients.</li><li>Knowledge of the Agile development methodologies and corresponding tools (ex.
