POSITION: ARMED SECURITY AGENT

Shift Options: Overnight Shifts Only (weekends are a MUST)

Start Date: Immediate

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Requirements:

  • MUST ALREADY HAVE Active City of Denver Armed Endorsement or Guard Card (this is not an NRA/Concealed Carry certificate)
  • Must provide your own full-sized firearm
  • Must have your own car
  • Must be 21+ for armed roles
  • Clean background & driving record
  • Must be physically present and ready to work onsite
  • Military or law enforcement background?
  • Driver’s License required

PAY & PERKS

  • $23.00 – $25.00/hr. (based on experience & credentials)

Preferred (but not required)

  • Additional Security Guard Licenses issued by cities in the State of Colorado

YOUR ROLE

As a Security Agent with Iron Spear Protection Group, you’ll be on the front line of safety and professionalism. Your core mission:

  • Monitor premises & control access
  • Respond to emergencies and alarms
  • Patrol for security breaches
  • Escort employees or guests when needed
  • Work closely with a professional, tight-knit team
  • Log incidents and uphold our elite standards
