There are few opportunities anywhere to define the future of GenAI-powered merchandising at this scale.<br><br>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical who possesses strong product fundamentals, technical depth, and a passion to make a profound impact for our customers. You will leverage your technical and product management skills to lead large, critical projects involving distributed systems, generative AI integration, real-time personalization, and multi-channel orchestration. You will collaborate with diverse business and technical partners—including applied scientists, engineering teams, merchandisers, and marketing stakeholders—to shape our technology and define product strategy.<br><br>You are a strong product leader who excels at working backwards from the customer to define products, prioritize features, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. You have a strong sense of ownership, passion to provide great customer experiences, and excellent judgement even in high-pressure situations. You thrive in ambiguity, making sound decisions with incomplete information while balancing speed with long-term quality.<br><br>We need a leader who will help us define the future of Amazon's automated marketing and merchandising.
