Under moderate supervision, develops and assists others in developing quantitative analysis of budgets, sales performance, revenues, margins, and/or other analysis in In support of sales/solutions strategies that create value for the company. Plans, analyzes, develops, coordinates, maintains, and/or executes sales plans, projects, and/or programs. Essential Functions • Leads peer analysis in sales and/or solutions, making recommendations to upper management. • Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. • Leads brainstorming with manager and team on approaches or solutions. • Uses advanced computer modeling, databases, tools, and/or other approaches in analyses. • Programs computer models at the direction of manager. • Independently attends meetings that may include upper management and are cross-functional. • Exhibits advanced knowledge of business etiquette/processes. • May mentor less senior staff. • Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations, sales or marketing analysis, and/or knowledge management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Able to work on multiple assignments concurrently. Demonstrates advanced skills with business software. Knowledge of third and fourth generation computer languages, SAS, or RDBMS. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare accounts experience a plus, Analytical/large data sets, Proficient in Excel, Project Management, Pricing Strategy development, Quantitative analysis utilzing Excel and other platforms such as Power BI, Power App, & Presentation Experience Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA PREFERRED but will consider all domiciles.
