<li>Develop a territory plan to maximize net new revenue across priority and self operated verticals (grocery, healthcare, education, convenience/retail, hospitality/resorts/casinos, airports/airlines).</li>
<li>Run full cycle selling: targeted prospecting, discovery & menu gap analysis, solution design (assortment/pack size/shelf life), pricing, sampling/tastings, RFPs, contracting, launch, and post launch optimization.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross functionally with Culinary, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure specs and service levels align with Canteen Commissary food safety standards and operational capabilities.</li>
<li>Build data driven category stories—sell through, margin, waste reduction, and labor savings—and present compelling business cases to multi stakeholder buying teams.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and next steps; provide weekly KPI updates and quarterly business reviews.</li>
<li>Represent the brand at regional industry events and trade shows; consistently communicate our sustainability and food safety commitments.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Self motivated hunter with a track record of exceeding quota in foodservice/CPG or fresh prepared/grab and go sales.</li>
<li>Experience with converting self operated prospects in one or more of: healthcare, education, grocery & convenience chains, hospitality (resorts/casinos), airport/airline concessions verticals. </li>
<li>Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills; consultative and solutions oriented with high emotional intelligence for self operated client base.</li>
<li>Strong command of sales cycles required to close multi site and/or multi stakeholder deals; disciplined CRM usage.</li>
<li>Operational fluency (pack sizes, shelf life, logistics windows) and appreciation for QA/food safety standards in regulated environments.</li>
