Responsible for strategizing, creating, deploying and reporting on e-commerce and delivery marketing campaigns and platforms, and managing website merchandising and listings. Also responsible for helping grow and strengthen operations surrounding new digital ordering channels and assisting with other new technology marketing projects in areas that prove important to Del Taco and its guests.


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains online third-party partnerships, menus, and vitals, including online ordering and delivery.

• Runs, formats and provides high-level analysis on reports for review.

• Manages deployment and ongoing optimization of campaigns.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and with external partners to develop e-commerce growth strategies.

• Monitors e-commerce platforms, related marketing campaigns.

• Deploys and optimizes campaigns to enhance engagement of digital channels and opportunities.

• Assists in digital and print campaign development to showcase e-commerce channels.

• Partners with marketing team and cross-functional partners to identify digital opportunities.

• Provides thought leadership on utilizing/tracking new digital technologies.

• Assists with new, emerging digital engagement tools and products, including loyalty, digital menu boards, kiosk, mobile wallet, etc.

• Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed.


Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field; emphasis in Marketing preferred.

Experience – 3-5 years relevant marketing, agency, or technical experience, including CMS platform or SKU based e-commerce experience, product and project management, data modeling and analysis, 3rd party vendor management and relations. Prior restaurant marketing (QSR, Fast Casual) a plus.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with solid ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging.

• Ability to think creatively, problem solve, plan, and operationalize plans.

• Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and interface with all levels of the organization.

• Detail oriented and organized, always questioning the data, and looking for the story it tells.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, excel, and data platforms; Power BI, OLO.

• Business-minded, ambitious self-starter, adept strategic thinker, and problem solver.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.

• Ability to present to small and large groups at every level of the organization.

• Online Order Management (Third party, Kiosk, and Catering platforms).

• Familiar with API Integrations.

• Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft office applications, and other solutions (Word, Powerpoint, Zoom, Skype, etc.).

• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the telephone. Ability to operate a personal computer.

The range for this position is $65,900 - $92,300 and is based on an employee located at our corporate headquarters in San Diego. If the candidate is hired in a different city to work remote, we will apply a geographic pay differential based on the cost of labor in the market in which the employee resides.
