San Jose - California - United States of America<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br><br></strong>As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks.<br><br>This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for improving the efficiency of the organization’s supply chain.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks. </li><li>Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems. </li><li>Coordinate and execute timely, accurate deliveries across assigned campus buildings, ensuring packages reach end users efficiently. </li><li>Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors. </li><li>Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools. </li><li>Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage. </li><li>Perform labeling of materials under required procedures. </li><li>Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting. </li><li>Use existing procedures to tackle problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. </li><li>Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail</li><li>Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Need<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks. </li><li>Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. </li><li>Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. </li><li>Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality. </li><li>Basic math skills. The minimum salary for the Warehouse Technician position is $28.85 per hour and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Technician position is $28.85 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
