<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong> Job Summary: </strong> Manages efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.<br><br><strong>Essential Responsibilities/Activities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success. </li><li> Ensures on time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line in a timely and organized manner. </li><li> Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures. </li><li> Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization. </li><li> Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner. </li><li> Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product. </li><li> Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks. </li><li> Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations. </li><li> Completes forklift inspections daily. </li><li> Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action. </li><li> Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong> Degree(s): </strong> None<br><br><strong> License(s): </strong> None<br><br><strong> Certification(s): </strong> AAON Forklift Certification<br><br><ul><li> Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Mental Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li> Demonstrates strong leadership abilities. </li><li> Communicates effectively in written and spoken form. </li><li> Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills. </li><li> Presents a strong, confident, and decisive personality. </li><li> Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and excellent organizational skills. </li><li> Works effectively in a team environment. </li><li> Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Physical Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li> Lift up to 50lbs. </li><li> Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours. </li><li> Seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Disclaimer<br><br></strong>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
