The emphasis of this position is ensuring that customer's needs are met in a prompt and professional manner, and designated business operations are run efficiently and effectively.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.Human Resource ManagementProvide communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching, and disciplining associates.Actively participate in the training of all associates on relevant areasConduct annual performance evaluations and quarterly performance updates.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processingSupport and enforce corporate policies and initiativesManage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates to avoid excess overtime. Customer RelationDevelop and maintain customer relationships.Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.WarehouseManage warehouse staff daily activities.Train new warehouse associatesEnsure daily compliance with all Reladyne Health/Safety policies and proceduresManage and audit all warehouse functions and processes to ensure compliance and accountabilityConduct quarterly reviews with all WH AssociatesReview and ensure accuracy for; stock, direct customer pickups and cash salesEnsure accurate inventory allocation and product organization throughout the warehouseReview and manage inventory transfers and movement as they apply to the warehouseResponsible for all cycle counts and full physical inventory countsSchedule inbound shipments and manage freight claims.Oversee purchasing of warehouse supplies.Maintain good relations between warehouse and sales teams, ensuring all functions communicate effectively.Manage all material handling repairs and maintenanceSupervise disposal of all surplus/ defective returnsBudget process activitiesReview and manage expenses.Purchasing / InventoryReview negative item report daily.Review daily Gross Profit Report and make corrections as needed.Review/Manage Backorder Report and communicate product availability with Sales and CS TeamsConduct product file maintenance as neededReview and process drop ships, internal transfers and branch-to-branch transfersConduct cycle countsReview and manage inventory adjustment processAct as primary purchasing contact and communicate with Sales and Purchasing Team on product needs and potential product shortagesSupervise disposal or return of all surplus/ defective productSupervise and prepare for all physical inventoriesManage and audit warehouse processes Additional Responsibilities:Communicate openly and effectively with other associates to provide them with useful informationServe as backup for key roles.
