Warehouse Services, Inc. has career opportunities for you with a $1,500 sign on bonus!</strong><br><br>We are currently seeking qualified Pickers, Material Handlers/Manual Loaders/Unloaders to work within our San Bernardino distribution center.<br><br><strong>**Pay is</strong> <strong>$19.25/hour - Can reach $41.50/hour depending on performance.</strong><br><br>Starting pay- $19.25<br><br>Second Shift Premium- $1.25<br><br>Weekend Shift Premium- $3.00<br><br><strong>Job Duties:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Load/unload trucks - with equipment and by hand</li><li>Operate material handling equipment</li><li>Identify, hold and segregate defective or damage material</li><li>Complete paperwork per work instructions as required</li><li>Perform receiving and shipping inspections and identifies all incoming and outgoing material shipments to determine: a) quantity is as ordered b) no damage is apparent, and c) documentation is available as required.</li><li>Perform physical material inventories to establish, maintain, and document the receipt, shipment and control.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Essential Functions:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Ability to <strong>manually</strong> move and lift up to 55 lbs continuously.</li><li>Forklift certification preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills required.</li><li>Basic math, English and computer skills required.</li><li>Prior experience with RF Scan guns.</li><li>Successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, E-Verify and background check.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Benefits Offered:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K after 90 days</li><li>Free Life Insurance</li><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Time</li><li>Steel toe and prescription safety glasses reimbursement</li><li>Performance Reviews at 90 days, 6 months and annually</li><li>Uniform allowance</li></ul><br><br>Final candidates must possess a solid work history, pass pre-employment background and post offer drug screen/physical.<br><br>Warehouse Services Inc. is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
