Job Summary:The Warehouse Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. This role ensures the accurate tracking and movement of serialized equipment and maintains warehouse organization to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Ensure adequate and accurate receipt and labeling of serialized equipment.Move copiers and related equipment to appropriate warehouse sections for loading and disposition (returns, scrap, etc.).Conduct weekly inventory analysis to resolve discrepancies.Support inventory control procedures and maintain database accuracy for order fulfillment.Perform quarterly physical inventory in compliance with inventory policies, including preparation and teamwork during inventory counts.Assist in all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking.Track inventory movement and transfers to maintain inventory integrity.Collaborate with the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end targets.Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.Required Qualifications:1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.High School Diploma or equivalent.Forklift experience; certification preferred (certification can be provided if needed).Strong customer service skills.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal personnel.Proficient with computers, smartphones, tablets, and internet usage.Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.Demonstrated strong ethics and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with office products such as copiers and printers or within a similar industry.
