What you will do:

As our Master Data Deployment Analyst, Supplier & Customer, you will support the Supplier and Customer Master BPIL and BPO roles within the Accelerate Master Data Team within the current Supplier Master and Customer Master Data in SAP and non-SAP ERPs and the impact of the Supplier and Customer Master data on the various Business processes. Within this role, you will develop the knowledge and understanding what and how the target Supplier and Customer Master data needs are from the various phases from identification, to cleansing involvement, data load preparation, and loading for manual sub objects (as well as the automated load) for all the Supplier and Customer Master data object domains. Additionally, you will work closely with the BPIL and BPO supporting the collaboration with IT and various Business workstream Subject Matter Experts within the SAP Implementation program, Stryker’s Divisions, Centers of Excellence, and geographies, to ensure we are fully prepared with the data to load complete and accurate Supplier and Customer Master data from legacy systems to the SAP ecosystem.

You will support the BPIL and BPO to align both the Supplier and Customer Master data for the various Business functions while ensuring our Supplier and Customer Master data harmony targets are achieved across SAP and Global Applications

  • Responsible for the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables; and for the timely completion of project activities within their business process area

  • In collaboration with the Business Master Data Team and Information Technology , supports to execute the approved data migration strategy for each program release.

  • Support the Supplier and Customer Master data field and table identification, scope determination , migration planning and cleansing activities for the Supplier and Customer Master data

  • Provide support for the collaboration with the various workstream subject matter experts across the Stryker Business landscape to leverage for input, participation in data related activities and to engage in change management activities for the business Supplier and Customer Master data migration efforts

  • Gain the working understanding of our metrics showing preparedness for both our Supplier and Customer Master data migration

  • Support the adoption of Supplier and Customer Master data completeness and quality to align with ERP capabilities.

  • Supports the harmonized goal to implement industry-best practice data process across all divisions and geographies.

  • Included to partner with Information Technology, Business Process Owners, and other Business Process Implementation Leads to ensure the integrity of the Supplier and Customer Master data for SAP and Partner Systems

  • Involved in the data preparation activities, such as Field Mapping , providing Data Cleansing guidance.

  • Supports both the Supplier and the Customer Master Data Loads and Data Validations activities for each Data load and for the Production, Go Live.

  • Participates with the Hypercare period , support the Business for Supplier and Customer Master Data issues and questions.

  • Supports the BPIL and BPO to ensure Supplier and Customer Master data meets approved business requirements as well as for new requirements.

  • Personifies the Accelerate Program Brand internally and externally

What you need:

  • BS, BA in Business Administration is preferred for this role, however in lieu of a degree 6 additional years of work experience will be considered.

  • Preferred minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience across business functions which utilize Supplier and/or Customer Master Data

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP master and transactional data desired.

  • Knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management desired

  • Experience across some Supplier or Customer Master domain processes, to consider upstream and downstream impacts and implications desired.

  • Experience or demonstrates involvement delivering an ERP, major business-system, or leading large-scale transformational projects or programs a plus

  • $58,700- $118,600salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
