This role is responsible for technology programming and collaboration with corporate resources, acting as a subject matter expert in clinical nutrition and overseeing application support and training for end users.


Responsibilities

  • Research and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Develop product requirements
  • Develop and maintain SLAs, ISAM, data extracts, and other application support
  • Analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and make recommendations for solutions
  • Participate in complex projects supporting technology initiatives- including design and development, implementation, training, etc.
  • Execute project work and ensure customer service excellence

Skills

  • Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure required
  • Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
  • 1+ years relevant work experience
  • This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills. The product analyst will be responsible for communicating with a variety of audiences and must be comfortable presenting.
  • Hospital or food service experience preferred
  • Experience with HealthTouch or Computrition applications preferred
  • Familiarity with various delivery processes- SCRUM, Agile, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Occasional travel: may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis
  • In-office presence expected weekly (hybrid schedule)
