We’re hiring a hands-on GHL + Zapier expert to take full ownership of our CRM systems, automations, integrations, and tracking flows. You’ll handle both proactive setup and reactive fixes, making sure everything works, all the time. No agencies, please. This is for a fluent English-speaking individual who’s accountable, responsive, and sharp.

What You’ll Do:

- Build and troubleshoot GHL funnels, workflows, websites, and forms

- Set up and maintain Zapier automations (triggering from GHL, Google Sheets, Meta, etc.)

- Debug issues around UTM capture, Twilio errors, broken forms, or attribution gaps

- Monitor tracking systems and proactively fix bugs before they escalate

- Manage integrations with tools like Asana, Twilio, Google Analytics, and more

- Work directly with our marketing and data teams to ensure fast delivery

- Help maintain and optimize client sub-accounts and snapshots

- Keep up with GHL and AI feature updates and propose improvements + Setting up Conversational AI

Requirements:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: setting up A2P

- 2+ years hands-on with Go High Level (not just as a user – as a builder)

- Strong Zapier experience for lead flow, tracking, and automation

- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication

- Able to work during EST hours and respond same-day (within 24 hours max)

- Detail-oriented, self-managed, and accountable for clean, functioning systems

- Familiar with Asana, Twilio, GHL Snapshots, API setups, and marketing data flows

- Bonus: Up to date on AI trends in automation, lead nurturing, or CRM enhancements

What We’re NOT Looking For:

- Agencies or outsourced teams

- Someone who needs to be micromanaged

- Beginners learning on the job
