<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>This is a customer facing position, no office requirement.</p><p></p><p>AT&T Public Sector Mobility is a trusted provider of Mobility Servies to State & Local, & Federal Government.   We are dedicated to recruiting, developing and empowering a diverse, high-performing workforce that is passionate about what they do, committed to our shared values and dedicated to our customers’ mission.</p><p></p><p>ATT has an opening for a Lead Client Support to serve as contact and reference point for channel support for complex systems and products, resolving intricate client issues and providing expertise on both standard and customizable product features to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</b> Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:<br />• <b>Customer Advocacy and Support:</b> Act as a customer advocate, providing prompt support to address client needs and issues.<br />• <b>Order and Billing Management:</b> Manage orders, billing processes, and develop operations; collaborate with systems teams for process improvements.<br />• <b>Implementation and Coordination:</b> Coordinate implementation processes and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities.<br />• <b>Data Integrity and Customer Satisfaction:</b> Maintain data integrity, manage customer data accurately, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.<br />• <b>Contract Compliance and Training:</b> Review contract documents for compliance, coordinate supplier orders, and provide post-cutover training and product design/redesign.</p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p>•Mastered the use of key tools associated with job function</p><p>•Ability to support remote and onsite deployment work</p><p>•Owns key projects end-to-end and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills</p><p>•Leader in Digital Advocacy Efforts</p><p>•Strong Project & Contract Management Skills</p><p>•Independently owns escalations without manager’s involvement.</p><p>•Leveraged as peer resource demonstrating subject matter expertise in multiple areas of job-related functions</p><p>•Proactively identifies opportunity for sellers</p><p><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.</li><li>5+ years of related experience.</li><li>Certification is required in some areas.</li></ul><p></p><div><p>Our Lead Client Supports earn between:</p><p><span>$84,900 - $127300 (Tallahassee)</span></p><p>$94,300 - $141,500 (Jacksonville)</p><p></p><p>Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
