Compensation: $700–$800 USD per month
Work Setup: 100% Permanent Work From Home
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Employment Type: Independent Contractor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Staff member to support employee records management and HR administrative functions across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee documentation, ensuring records are up to date, and supporting the HR team with compliance, reporting, and administrative processes.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting HR functions for international clients, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files across multiple company sites
  • Ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards
  • Track employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and status updates
  • Organize, maintain, and digitize HR records and filing systems
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with managers and supervisors to ensure employee records remain current and accurate
  • Respond to internal requests related to employee records and HR documentation
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience

  • HR experience supporting international clients
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting US Human Resources functions
  • Experience maintaining employee records and HR documentation for US-based companies
  • Experience using HRIS platforms such as ADP, BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, UKG, Paycom, or similar systems
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations
  • HR certification or related training
  • Experience with HR compliance documentation and audits
