The Opportunity

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Brand Management Assistant (Amazon) to help drive the success of our presence on Amazon Seller Central. This is a tactical, high-ownership role focused on ensuring our product listings are optimized, our inventory is moving smoothly, and our brand reputation remains pristine. If you are an Amazon expert who enjoys diving into Seller Support cases, analyzing e-commerce data, and executing brand SOPs with precision, you will thrive in this position.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Case & Listing Management: Lead the charge on Seller Support case management, troubleshooting listing issues, and following up on open cases until resolved.
  • Retail Merchandising: Execute PDP updates, manage pricing, and oversee image assets to ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Logistics & Troubleshooting: Assist with Amazon shipments and work directly with support to resolve complex inventory and fulfillment hurdles.
  • Content Moderation: Monitor and moderate product reviews and user-generated content strictly following brand SOPs; report findings during 1:1 sessions.
  • Tactical Execution: Manage promotional tools including deals and coupons, and assist in periodic site and listing content refreshes.
  • Reporting & Data: Monitor channel-wide performance metrics, summarize data against industry benchmarks, and manage ad-hoc reporting as requested.
  • Administrative Operations: Download month-end reports, accurately match ASIN and SKU data, and maintain/update internal SOPs.
  • Communication: Provide clear "Top of Day" and "End of Day" reports to your manager regarding tasks, priorities, and progress.
What You Bring
  • Amazon Expertise: 2-3+ years of direct experience with brand management within Amazon Seller Central .
  • Problem Solving: Proven track record of resolving Amazon support issues and managing the case lifecycle.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel , including the ability to utilize V-lookups and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
  • Process Orientation: Disciplined approach to following brand-specific SOPs and maintaining operational consistency.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work standard EST business hours to collaborate with our core team.
Bonus Points if:
  • You have experience using Slack, Outlook, and the Office Suite for professional internal communications.
  • You have hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising .
  • You possess basic creative editing skills.
  • You are familiar with e-commerce tools such as PacVue or Helium10 for reporting and analytics.
