This Data Entry role is a critical function within their daily operations, ensuring that customer invoicing systems remain accurate and up-to-date. While the work is highly repetitive, it is the backbone of the client’s billing cycle. This position is ideal for a focused, methodical professional who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in maintaining 100% accuracy. You will have the opportunity to master a specific workflow and, once primary tasks are completed, support the team with varied administrative duties.


Your Responsibilities

  • Accurately extract invoice information from daily reports and enter data into the customer invoicing system.
  • Perform self-audits to ensure all entries are consistent and free of errors to maintain the integrity of financial records.
  • Identify and flag data discrepancies or exceptions that fall outside of standard operating procedures.
  • Follow established protocols to escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Meet daily volume targets to ensure all invoice data from the daily report is processed within the required 6 to 8 hour window.
  • Assist with secondary administrative tasks and variety-based projects once the primary daily data entry is finalized.

Your Background

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in data entry, encoding, or high-volume administrative roles, preferably within a finance or accounting context.
  • Strong familiarity with spreadsheet management including Excel or Google Sheets and experience navigating database or invoicing software.
  • A proven track record of maintaining high accuracy while performing repetitive, high-volume tasks.
  • The ability to remain diligent and consistent during day-in and day-out repetitive workflows.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting exceptions and collaborating with the wider team.
