We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Amazon A+ Content, Catalogue & Storefront Virtual Assistant to support a growing eCommerce brand based in South Africa.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Proven experience in Amazon A+ Content, catalogue management, and storefront management
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience handling customer inquiries or support
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Creative eye with ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with content and Amazon optimization tools

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Create, upload, and update Amazon A+ Content
  • Optimize product descriptions with visuals and storytelling
  • Ensure brand consistency across listings
  • Maintain and update product catalogues
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of listings
  • Manage product variations, attributes, and backend keywords
  • Resolve listing issues and inconsistencies
  • Manage and optimize Amazon storefront layout and navigation
  • Update storefront based on campaigns and promotions
  • Assist with customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Conduct regular audits of listings and storefront
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Stay updated with Amazon content trends and best practices

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
