Job Title: Administration Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Hessle, Hull
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Type: Temporary - 2 months initially, with potential for monthly rolling extension

About the Role:
We're currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant, this is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of engineering and vessel management activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update internal databases (SharePoint sites)
Assist in preparing docking specifications, reports, and maintenance documentation
Communicate with internal departments and vessels to gather and collate data
Consolidate and clean up SharePoint site data, ensuring secure storage and transfer
Provide general administrative support to the Fleet Technical Manager

Person Specification:

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in data management
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook and Excel
Strong SharePoint capability
Excellent numerical and data handling skills

Personal Attributes:

High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised with effective time management
Capable of solving complex problems independently
