Are you a dynamic, results-driven F&I leader with a passion for performance and sales? The Walser Automotive Group is looking for an exceptional Lead F&I Manager to take charge and drive success in this high-impact dealership role!

As a Lead F&I Manager, you'll be at the forefront of executing cutting-edge strategies that elevate our Finance and Insurance performance within two luxury locations on our Wichita campus. You'll play a key role in coaching and training the sales team, empowering them to exceed expectations while collaborating closely with the General Managers and sales managers to deliver outstanding dealership results.

Compensation:

  • Estimated Total Earnings: $125,000–$150,000+ annually
  • Compensation Structure: Base salary/draw plus performance-based incentives
  • Incentive Opportunity: Earnings are driven by individual and dealership F&I performance, with uncapped earning potential

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute dealership F&I strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to set objectives and boost F&I performance
  • Ensure compliance with Walser F&I policies and procedures
  • Daily reporting on F&I performance
  • Oversee offsite deal structure and compliance
  • Work directly with customers, salespeople, and managers on deals
  • Implement action plans for underperforming sales staff
  • Conduct daily in-store training
  • In-store sales manager onboarding
  • Perform F&I test-outs for sales staff
  • New Hire Customer Specialist ongoing F&I skill training
  • Responsibility for ensuring accurate paperwork and oversight of clean CIT schedules
  • Support company initiatives and legal compliance

What You Bring:
  • Proven success in a managerial role with leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years of F&I experience; preferably 1+ year of people leadership experience
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and interruptions
  • Positive attitude and effective team player
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Proficient in computer use and OEM-required technology
