THE JOB: As a  Hostperson at Gymkhana  in Aria, you will be the warm and inviting first impression our guests encounter, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience steeped in the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed as soon as they walk through our doors. To enhance the lively atmosphere of Gymkhana, you will maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment, ensuring that every detail reflects the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. You’ll assist Food Servers, Bus Persons, and Food Service Runners by providing essential guest contact and table information, ensuring seamless communication that keeps service flowing smoothly. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the team that cultivates a rich dining experience, where guests can explore tandoor-grilled specialties, fragrant biryanis, and our delectable chaat-style sharing plates.
