About the Role We are looking for a Cardiometabolic Account Manager with opportunity for Player Coach responsibility to combine territory ownership, exceptional customer engagement with coaching responsibilities to boost team effectiveness. Job Description The Cardiometabolic Account Manager is a field-based role, responsible for managing Lilly’s obesity and diabetes business in an important territory in Copenhagen region. You will be accountable for maximizing business potential across priority GPs and hospital accounts. This includes using data, AI, customer and account insights to execute account planning in alignment with brand strategy. You will act as account owner and point of contact and in collaboration with cross‑functional partners gain access through innovative multichannel engagements such as peer‑to‑peer concepts. Through the player‑coach responsibility, you will partner closely with the Sales Manager and Hub capability leader to optimize capabilities and ensure flawless implementation of new hub initiatives that will support Lilly selling model and in call- effectiveness. You will play a key role in elevating team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Key Objectives: Territory Management & Team Impact on Sales Capabilities: - Acts as a role model for sales effectiveness, call quality, and customer‑centric engagement. - Own territory: Based on data and insights develop and execute account planning. - Achieve or exceed sales targets - Actively supports team capability development on Lilly selling model through peer coaching, training and role plays. Lead through best practices. - Demonstrates strong disease‑area knowledge and a deep understanding of treatment options, including Lilly and competitor products - Engage customers with scientific credibility and fair balance through effective face‑to‑face, p2p and other digital channels. - Operate as one team by building strong partnerships with peers and cross functional team - Demonstrates high integrity and full compliance at all times Minimum Requirements: - Desire to be leading in a highly competitive environment with personal accountability and growth mindset. - Minimum 3 years’ pharma experience and proven track record in converting business opportunities into growth in the GP sector. - Excellent key capabilities such as in call selling skills and key account management - Skilled communicator, presenter, ability to build relations as well as effective in stakeholder management. - Ability and willingness to work in an environment with individual sales & productivity metrics and reviews - Candidates must be comfortable adapting to new technologies and platforms, such as various forms of AI, Microsoft package including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot and Veeva Salesforce. - Field based position, candidate must live in Sjælland and be available for flexible working pattern and travel as needed. - Driver’s license.
