Founded in 2015, we are a privately held company with 501-1000 employees.</p><p><b>Industry</b><br>Hospital & Health Care</p><p><b>About the Role</b><br>We are seeking a Senior Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the clinical oversight of our rapidly growing primary care ecosystem. As the senior clinical voice of the organization, you will be integral in enhancing clinical performance, fostering physician engagement, and driving value-based outcomes across a diverse network.</p><p>Your role will include:</p><ul><li>Setting and maintaining evidence-based standards and care models.</li><li>Reducing clinical variability and ensuring implementation of our value-based strategy across all physicians.</li><li>Leading high-performing value-based care programs.</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate will possess:</p><ul><li>MD or DO with board certification in a primary care discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of clinical practice, including 5-7 years in senior clinical leadership.</li><li>Deep understanding of value-based care economics, including total cost of care, MLR, and quality programs.</li></ul><p>This candidate must be a proactive leader, capable of driving change across a vast network of independent and affiliated providers. We value a direct, accountable, and data-driven approach to leadership, as well as a passion for innovation in healthcare.</p><p>Experience in MSO, capitation, shared savings constructs, clinical pathway design, evidence-based standardization, and clinical analytics is essential.
