We're hiring Machine Operators/Production Workers to help build high-quality wooden displays and fixtures for well-known brands like Culver's, Starbucks, and UW Credit Union. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hands-on workers who enjoy physical work and learning new skills in a family-run, supportive shop environment.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 3:00PM, Friday 6:00AM - 12:00PM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with supervisor on understanding project goals
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood displays based on client submittals
  • Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Can take precise measurements and follow instructions
  • Willing to learn, improve skills, and work as part of a team
  • Reliable, hardworking, and ready to get the job done
