Hours: Monday-Friday with start times varying between 5:30am-7:30am and shift runs until 3:30pm
Pay: $19.50/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment following written and verbal instructions
  • Set up machines according to product and quality requirements
  • Inspect parts during production to confirm quality standards are met
  • Record production details such as material usage and run times
  • Identify and remove products that do not meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product concerns promptly
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to read basic instructions and complete written documentation
  • Basic math skills for counting and measuring materials
  • Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift up to fifty pounds on a consistent basis
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, which includes required safety gear
  • Willingness to work first shift with a varying start time
