You get the benefit of seeing a physical representation of your effort in the components you help create. We hire for attitude over experience as we love to train great people and offer them a real opportunity to learn, develop and progress - in fact many of our senior colleagues started as Machine Operators. If you're successful, you will work 12-hour shifts, 13-14 days over a 4-week rotation on day shift.

Due to this pattern, you get 7 days straight off once a month - this is in addition to vacation and PTO.

Your day-to-day would involve: Operating multi-axis CNC machine tools

Inspection of completed operations using CMM's, optical vision systems, and manual gauges & tooling

Changing consumables such as electrodes and tooling

Complete daily preventive maintenance checks
