Maintain store shelves: The merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that Frito Lay products are always fully stocked and displayed neatly on store shelves. Create eye-catching displays: The merchandiser will use creativity and visual merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that will draw customers' attention and increase sales. Monitor inventory levels: The merchandiser will be responsible for keeping track of inventory levels and communicating any low stock or out-of-stock situations to the appropriate parties. Build relationships with store managers: The merchandiser will work closely with store managers to ensure that Frito Lay products are given prime shelf space and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service: The merchandiser will be the face of Frito Lay in stores and must provide excellent customer service to both store managers and customers.
