The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Scheduling Assistant to support our team with managing appointments, calendars, and routine scheduling tasks. This is a part-time, remote position ideal for students, stay-at-home moms, or individuals looking to earn extra income during evening hours. You will be responsible for ensuring that all schedules are accurate, timely, and efficiently managed, contributing to the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update appointment calendars, schedules, and online meeting platforms.

  • Coordinate with team members and clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.

  • Send reminders, notifications, and follow-ups for meetings or events.

  • Record and organize meeting notes and ensure relevant materials are shared in advance.

  • Provide basic administrative support, including responding to scheduling-related emails or messages.

  • Monitor time zones and availability to prevent scheduling conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
