Job Description:
As a Part-Time Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Hiring and HR: Conducting interviews and organizing candidates.
Data Entry: Updating and maintaining accurate records and databases.
Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling, organizing files, and managing emails.
Additional Duties: Providing support with various office tasks, such as preparing reports and organizing office documents.

Job Requirements:
-Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
-Previous experience in marketing is preferred.
-Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
-Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a functional computer.
-Availability to work 4 hours per day during U.S. Time (10am-2pm), which translates to 7pm - 11pm SAST.
-Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
-Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
