As a Short Form Director Producer, you will work directly with Hope to bring her ideas to life!

This position requires a deep understanding of Youtube and an obsession with the platform and it's future.

The ideal candidate has been a long time consumer of Hope's content and has experience in the Youtube Space.

Our current team consists of 12 people on-site in our new studio.

AUDIENCE DESCRIPTION

HopeScope’s audience is predominantly female (80%), aged 14-34, who seek entertaining and uplifting content as a positive escape from their daily lives.

SALARY

Pay will be based on talent & skills.

We'll offer training & there will be opportunities for your income to grow.

GOALS

  • Create the next era of the HopeScope brand. We will be traveling more for content + Creating bigger, better & more inspiring videos that cause the viewers really feel something while they're watching.
  • Break into the top 100 most Subscribed Youtube Channels because there are currently only 1 Female creator there.
