The Sole Sanctuary is a high-end, toxin-free pedicure and nail spa dedicated to luxury, wellness, and exceptional client care. We’re passionate about creating a calm, positive environment for our guests and team alike.

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Front Desk Coordinator / Client Experience Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is all about client satisfaction, attention to detail, and supporting our technicians so they can focus on delivering outstanding services.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the welcoming face of our spa — greeting clients warmly, checking them in/out, and ensuring every visit feels seamless.
  • Manage calls, texts, and scheduling through our booking system (including adjustments and confirmations).
  • Support client flow: help keep services on time, assist with rebooking, and resolve small issues with grace.
  • Light retail support: recommend and ring up spa products.
  • Help maintain the spa environment (tidy front desk, refreshments restocked, calm vibes).
  • Collaborate with lead technicians and management for smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Provide occasional admin support (client follow-ups, light paperwork, assisting with memberships).

What We’re Looking For

  • A polished, professional, and people-first personality.
  • Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, text).
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling/point-of-sale software (training provided).
  • Calm under pressure and naturally solutions-focused.
  • Previous spa/salon, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Schedule

  • Part-time or full- time available. Minimum of 3 days/ 25+ hours per week.
  • Schedule: We are open Monday-Saturday. Our ideal candidates can work at least 3 days per week with rotating Saturday and weekday. Must be available in the mornings to early evening, as well as every other Saturday.
  • 9 a.m. start times required.
