We're hiring a Part Time Producer (Weekends) across the KISS Network. Fri 9-5.30pm, Sat-Sun 10.30-7pm (3 days per week).

Please note this is an on-site role based in our London office.

As a Producer with us, you’ll be at the heart of our live and pre‑recorded output, helping deliver standout radio that is relatable, entertaining and always true to our brand DNA.

You’ll bring a sharp ear for compelling content, a passion for youth culture and music, and the confidence to work with high profile talent. Whether you’re crafting unforgettable caller moments, shaping the sound of a major competition, or guiding presenters through a live show, you’ll play a key role in creating content that feels fresh, exciting, and relatable.

Your Role
You’ll produce shows across the KISS Network, supporting presenters and ensuring everything sounds seamless, energetic and on brand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Working with presenters across live and pre‑recorded shows to deliver standout, engaging content.
  • Ensuring audience engagement is at the heart of everything we broadcast.
  • Collaborating with social and entertainment teams to deliver brilliant multiplatform moments.
  • Managing logistics for pre‑records including studio bookings and briefings.
  • Editing high quality audio for on-air playout.
  • Ensuring all output complies with Ofcom and internal editorial policies.
  • Troubleshooting live technical issues alongside our Operations Producers to keep everything running flawlessly.

The Skills You Will Bring

Essential:
  • Strong audio editing skills (Adobe Audition).
  • Experience using radio playout systems (Zetta experience a bonus).
  • A deep passion for our brands and the music we play.
  • Understanding of what makes content compelling for young, diverse audiences.
  • Confidence working with high-profile talent.
  • Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience producing live radio in fast paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of contemporary chart, pop, dance or throwback formats.
