ONLINE MEDIA ASSISTANT
A temporary opportunity to join a global marketing and photography team within a world-class media organisation. This role involves managing product images and videos across websites and marketplaces (North America & EMEA), combining project coordination, basic creative tasks, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. You will also support product and website administration, tracking activity, and ensuring accuracy.

ONLINE MEDIA ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Managing product images and videos, ensuring all assets meet quality and brand standards
  • Coordinating with external agencies to deliver content on time and reviewing and approving vendor supplied imagery
  • Uploading and publishing images and videos across internal systems to support timely product launches
  • Acting as the main point of contact for EMEA media requests, coordinating with buyers, marketing teams and external partners
  • Sharing clear guidelines to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards
  • Tracking projects and timelines by monitoring launch calendars and following up to ensure deadlines are met
  • Managing product samples by coordinating items for photography, tracking sample status and overseeing returns
  • Carrying out quality control checks across websites to identify and resolve image and video issues
  • Supporting basic image editing tasks, including resizing and light retouching
ONLINE MEDIA ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Bringing around three years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrating strong project management and organisational skills
  • Applying high attention to detail across all tasks
  • Communicating effectively and working collaboratively within teams
  • Managing deadlines effectively and performing well during busy periods
  • Using Microsoft Office and Teams confidently
  • Working with Box and SharePoint for content and document management
  • Applying Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing tasks
  • Using media and content systems such as AEM and Scene7
