Office & Team Assistant – Mayfair, London £35,000–£40,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus Full-time | 5 days in the office | 12‑month FTC An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive Office & Team Assistant to join a boutique family office, based in the heart of Mayfair. Reporting into the Head of HR , you’ll become an integral part of the team—supporting operations, office management, and providing hands‑on admin support across the business, to include global travel and diary management.

The Role Office Management

You’ll be the face and heartbeat of the office—ensuring the space runs smoothly, looks immaculate, and supports a professional working environment.

Responsibilities include: Maintaining high standards of aesthetics, cleanliness, and organisation Managing stock, supplies, refreshments, and budget-conscious replenishment Welcoming guests and coordinating couriers, deliveries, taxis, and post Assisting with office projects, company events, desk planning, AV checks and more Supporting new joiner set-up and access requirements Working closely with the EA on health & safety compliance Administrative & Coordination Support A varied and busy support remit, including: General correspondence, printing, scanning & document preparation Supporting expenses and basic travel coordination HR admin support including diaries, records, and review processes Research tasks and ad-hoc projects Occasional business and personal errands We’re looking for someone with: ~2+ years’ experience in an office support, administration or team assistant role ~ Strong ability to work under pressure and juggle shifting priorities ~ Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ~ Immaculate presentation, detail‑orientation and a proactive mindset You will excel in this role if you are: Warm, professional and a natural team booster Highly organised with strong follow‑through and ownership Calm under pressure and solutions‑driven Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting a busy team Able to work autonomously while knowing when to ask the right questions Interested?
