Are you ready to go beyond? <br><br><b>What You Will Do</b> <br><br><ul><li>Business Intelligence and Analytics: Enhanced business intelligence capabilities, including dashboard development, Power BI expertise, and more robust data analysis to support faster and more informed decision-making across production and operations.</li><li>Production Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze real-time production data against planned targets, providing detailed reports to management on performance metrics, deviations, and areas of concern.</li><li>Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals, resource availability, and capacity constraints, while optimizing workflow efficiency.</li><li>Risk Identification and Assessment: Continuously assess potential supply chain risks in the production process and evaluate their potential impact on production goals.</li><li>Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk management plans to address identified risks, ensuring that production timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are maintained.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, quality control, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations and timely resolution of any issues that arise.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving production reporting processes and workflows, leveraging data analysis and best practices to enhance efficiency and agility.</li><li>Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on production status, risk factors, and mitigation efforts, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational decisions.</li><li>Customer Engagement and Reporting: Regularly meet with customers to present production data, discuss performance against planned targets, address any concerns, and collaborate on potential adjustments to meet their needs and expectations.</li><li>Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.</li><li>Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using CORE tools.</li><li>Providing coaching and mentorship to fellow team members and support project management activities.</li><li>English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.</li><li>Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company and travel up to 10%.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications You Must Have</b> <br><ul><li>Bachelor degree</li><li>5 years of experience in Business Administration, Materials Management, Industrial Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or Program Management or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications We Prefer</b> <br><ul><li>Experience in government contracts</li><li>Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Materials Management/Supply Chain/Continuous Improvement</li><li>Aerospace industry experience</li><li>Experience in MS Office suite and SAP system</li><li>Must be able to manage multiple tasks and adhere to specific timetables</li></ul><br><br><b>What We Offer:</b> <br><br><ul><li>Employee Scholar Program</li></ul><br><br><b>Learn More & Apply Now!</b> <br><br><b>What Is My Role Type:</b> In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
