The Role We’re looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer to manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple client accounts. You’ll also be responsible for • Building and improving campaign structures for performance • Developing and running creative, audience and copy testing strategies • Reviewing performance data and making strategic recommendations • Setting up and managing automated rules where relevant • Working closely with our creative and copy teams • Providing clear updates on campaign performance and next steps • Communicating with clients to explain performance and recommendations • Helping clients improve ROAS, CPL and overall campaign results Who We’re Looking For This role would suit someone who understands both the technical side of Meta Ads and the wider marketing strategy behind successful campaigns, including creative testing, funnel performance, audience targeting, copy, tracking and optimisation. We’re looking for someone with • Strong Meta Ads experience • Experience managing both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns • Experience managing budgets from around $500 to $10,000+ per month • A proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPL • Strong understanding of creative testing and A/B testing • Experience setting up and managing automated rules • Strong analytical skills and confident decision-making based on data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A professional, proactive and reliable approach Bonus points if you have • Experience using AI tools (e.g. Manus, Claude Code or similar) to optimise campaign performance and workflows is a strong advantage • Experience for local businesses • Experience in restaurants, entertainment, recreation, service businesses or e-commerce • Experience with Meta Advantage+ campaigns • Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking • Experience implementing Meta Pixel and Conversions API Beyond technical ability, we’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and genuinely interested in marketing. You take real ownership of your work, are comfortable receiving feedback, and are driven to continuously improve performance and results. You should be comfortable looking at the full customer journey, including ad copy, creative, landing pages, offers, funnels and client goals, not just campaign settings inside Ads Manager.
