Role Overview As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing our short-term rental properties, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include * Guest and reservation management You'll be responsible for managing guest inquiries, processing reservations, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods. * Virtual property management You'll assist with property management tasks, including housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, and ensuring that our properties are always ready for guests. * Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination You'll work closely with our cleaning team to ensure that our properties are clean, tidy, and ready for guests. * Conflict resolution You'll be responsible for resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.
