We are seeking an Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions, including employee onboarding, training, HRIS, benefits, payroll, and talent development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, well-organized, and passionate about people and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Assist with benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance documentation
  • Participate training projects including scheduling and planning events
  • Perform general administrative duties and support day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Authorized to work in the US with no need for sponsorship in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
