You'll be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping you succeed, and you'll work alongside talented colleagues, while making a difference in our communities.POSITION SUMMARY:The Grocery Overnight Clerk is responsible for stocking shelves with received merchandise.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Process freight delivery, Creates new displays sets end caps, stocks shelves, zone/face all isles, Sorts grocery merchandise assigning labels and price tags, Ensure replenishment of sold merchandise, Monitor shelf life of merchandise ensuring proper rotation when needed, Maintaining inventory in stockroom, Prominently display promotional merchandise, Maintaining reports for overages, shortages and damages Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent; Warehouse experience and forklift experience preferred. Bilingual in English and SpanishPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met or successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is that typical of an office and retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud. Able to drive and flexible to travel to all company locations as required. LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
