Safely and efficiently handle customers' baggage and cargo, ensuring proper handling and loading onto assigned flights. Ensure timely arrival and departure of flights by coordinating with ground crew and flight attendants. Maintain a clean and organized ramp area, adhering to safety and security protocols at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their luggage and directing them to their designated flights. Follow strict guidelines and procedures for loading and unloading baggage and cargo onto aircrafts. Communicate effectively with team members and other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely operations. Monitor and report any irregularities or issues with baggage or cargo to the appropriate department. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines in the handling of hazardous materials and equipment. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with passengers and colleagues. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
