We are seeking an experienced and proactive **HVAC Supervisor** to oversee the operation and maintenance of central air conditioning systems in a commercial high\-rise building. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and hands\-on experience in managing HVAC equipment in a commercial setup. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and air handling units. * Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal HVAC performance. * Manage and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and pump systems. * Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment is carried out efficiently. * Maintain logs, service reports, and compliance documentation. * Coordinate with the facility management team for smooth functioning and timely issue resolution. * Guide and lead the technician team in day\-to\-day tasks and ensure safety and operational standards are met. **Required Skills \& Knowledge:** In\-depth understanding of: * Chiller operations * Pump systems * BMS controls * Cooling tower systems * Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) * Ability to read and interpret HVAC system schematics and manuals. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. **Job Specification:** * **Qualification:** Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning specialization preferred) * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in central HVAC operation and maintenance, preferably in commercial high\-rise buildings **Important Note:** **Apply ONLY if you are available for a face\-to\-face interview.** The **selection process will be conducted in Noida**, and physical presence is mandatory.
