Designation: Home Health Coder
Experience: 2-4 Years in Home Health Coder
Certification: Certified in BCHH-C/CPC/CCS/HCPCS/AHIMA
Location: Remote
Salary: As per Market Standard

Roles & Responsibilities

· Review and analyze patient records, including medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, medications, diagnostic test results, and care plans.

· Accurately assign Home Health coding using appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS Level II codes based on the documentation provided by healthcare professionals.

· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all coding elements, including procedure and diagnosis codes, in compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.

· Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to organizational privacy policies while handling sensitive patient information.

· Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to identify and resolve coding discrepancies, ensuring accurate documentation and billing compliance.
